Improved Security
With rising expectations when it comes to information security, we focused a lot on enhancing the security features in ArcMate Enterprise. Enforce policies on inactive accounts and take advantage of a tighter integration with Microsoft Active Directory. Re-request passwords and OTPs on sensitive transactions despite of active sessions and SSO.

It’s now easier than ever to integrate with ArcMate Enterprise. System integrators and value-added resellers can now use a lightweight, low-code service with combined functions for the essential document management services. ArcMate Enterprise’s API documentation was also improved and simplified to help our partners develop and deploy integrations faster.
In addition to the above, ArcMate Enterprise now features improved functionality for file retrieval and download, including video streaming, conversion to PDF/A, and bulk downloads.

More Artificial Intelligence
ArcMate Capture’s batch processing and indexing is now powered by advanced AI and NLP features. Recognize documents and shapes automatically through AI clustering, and extract metadata automatically from documents (e.g., sequence numbers, amounts, names, dates, etc.) with the help of NLP. Take advantage of deep learning and retraining to optimize results and accuracy.
Multilingual & Regional Support
For our clients who process multilingual documents that require different OCR engines (such as the case of English/Arabic duality), ArcMate Capture now supports simultaneous processing of two OCR engines. The OCR engine now also supports Hindi numerals, and our date extraction can now read and process Hijri calendar dates.
Improved Batch Processing & QC
We improved the automation and tracking of batches. You can now write advanced scripts to be executed on batch movements and events. We also expanded the audit trails service to cover batches. In QC stages, operators can now classify rejections by type to be routed to different users based on rejection type.

Each server node has its own event logging now with separate logs for the API and the interface which makes it much easier for troubleshooting. Administrators can now also take advantage of a completely redesigned and improved admin interface.

New Solutions
Case Management
Until very recently, electronic correspondence management and leading solutions like Tarasol with its additional modules for meeting and task management have been capable of automating most government and institutional work. However, there has been a growing need for automating processes that require a level of flexibility and fluidity that is not possible in the realm of correspondence management and the limitations of correspondence as a document or an instance.
In such cases we resorted to our BPM and workflow platform ArcMate EZIFlow which is the backbone for some of our vertical solutions, to automate processes while maintaining some level of flexibility through ad-hoc decision making. Nevertheless, BPM-based solutions proved to be very rigid and not suitable for the case management scenario where it’s required to give more flexibility to the case worker.
That is why we are now working on a comprehensive platform for case management with a vision of encompassing other existing solutions and modules. The platform will give business analysts the tools to design flexible processes with custom interfaces and dynamic actions that can be configured during execution by case workers. The platform will also feature advanced analytics and dashboards to provide 360-degree visibility on the status of each case and its progress.
We expect to launch the platform soon. Stay tuned on our social channels for announcements.
